Most of this blog will be deleted by the end of 2020

This blog has lived its life and after two years of consideration, I am finally ready to remove this blog. For now, the only thing I plan to keep are my Shikoku diary posts and a handful of other posts that are useful for me as public notes.

I don’t know when I will finish migrating the contents I want to keep, but I’m committing to removing it by the end of 2020.

Thank you for visiting this site and the support over the years.

The maps I have created will continue to remain available online. In case you want to save them, I am adding all of them to my new blog at https://shenchingtou.github.io/maps/

  1. Many thanks 🙏, your blog helped me travel Japan on my own a couple of years ago and I have since always enjoyed your posts, both old and new.

    Happy trails

  2. Your blog has been really great reading these past few years for me! Glad to see you’ve created a space for so many of the resources you have here. It’s already bookmarked for the day that I’m finally able to visit Japan. Many thanks once again!
